In May 2024, timely foreign trade information indicates a trade surplus of 1,991 million dollars, a balance that is compared to the deficit of 99 million dollars in the same month of 2023. In the first five months of 2024, the trade balance presented a deficit of 4,461 million dollars. In the same period of 2023, the deficit was 6,563 million dollars.
